FINAL REFLECTION

BACK TO OUTLINE

Throughout these exercises, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of video and sound production, including shot sizes, camera framing, angles, composition, and the roles within a production crew. I have become proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition for editing and sound shaping, explored the nuances of audio dubbing, and developed skills in color correction and grading. Working on projects such as creating a movie teaser, conceptualizing a social media video, and learning stop motion techniques has been particularly rewarding. I found that using mobile applications for stop motion was more convenient than DSLRs, as it allowed for a transparent preview of previous frames, helping to maintain consistency in our work. Additionally, these projects provided valuable opportunities to strengthen my collaboration skills, as working in pairs required effective communication and task distribution. Overall, these experiences have significantly expanded my knowledge and skills in areas I have long been interested in, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the chance to explore and develop my abilities in video and sound production.
